The hotel with a contingent (until 2nd of July)

We reserved a contingent of hotel rooms (available until 2nd of July) from 8th to 12th of September in the Leonardo Hotel in the city of Karlsruhe. For booking one of the rooms (129€/night) you need the keyword HUF2024 and the number 299779.

The rooms are available from 15 o’clock on Sunday until 12 o’clock on Thursday.

KIT Campus North is outside of the city. For the transfer from the hotel to KIT and back, we organized a bus transfer with only one bus stop at Leonardo Hotel.

If you want to book another hotel, feel free to do so. You have two options either be on time in the morning at the Leonardo Hotel (tram station 'Kongresszentrum') or travel directly to KIT Campus North.

• IBIS Hotel Karlsruhe – next to the railroad station, see
• Hotel Motel One Karlsruhe – in the downtown of Karlsruhe, from the main station take the tram to 'Ettlinger Tor'
• Hotel am Markt – in the downtown, in the near of the castle (social event location on Tuesday), from the main station take the tram to 'Marktplatz'

Unfortunately the Deutsche Bahn has some building works on the route from Frankfurt Airport to Karlsruhe. At some times a rail replacement service is set up.
