List of hotels

We reserved a contingent of hotel rooms from 8th to 12th of September in the Leonardo Hotel in the city of Karlsruhe. For booking one of the rooms (129€/night) you need the keyword HUF2024 and the number 299779.

The rooms are available from 15 o’clock on Sunday until 12 o’clock on Thursday.

KIT Campus North is outside of the city. For the transfer from the hotel to KIT and back, we organized a bus transfer with only one bus stop at Leonardo Hotel.

If you want to book another hotel, feel free to do so. You have two options either be on time in the morning at the Leonardo Hotel or travel directly to KIT Campus North.
